His first job was an Apprentice Draughtsman at an electrical consultants. However Matt was keen to explore his commercial sense and decided what better way than to combine his skills and pursue a career in engineering recruitment. An opportunity arose with an independent consultancy and he quickly established himself as a top recruiter and was promoted into Senior Consultant and then Divisional Manager. He was instrumental in developing major accounts and expanding the company’s core recruitment business.
After a successful 10 years Matt decided a fresh challenge was needed and with his passion for the industry and dedication and professionalism to the service he provided he decided to set up Paradigm Search Recruitment,.putting an emphasis on strong communication and integrity combined with a tailored individual service to both clients and candidates.
